Direct and execute all aspects of organization and operations, including setting business/financial goals/budgets, establishing corporate policies, making all key operational decisions, and overseeing sales, marketing, and distribution, setting strategic plans to advance the company's objectives. Direct RD and marketing in U.S. Manage development/training of U.S. management personnel. Improve initiatives to reduce logistics and operations lead times. Review performance data to measure productivity and identify areas needing cost reduction/program improvement. Direct HR activities. Evaluate management team compliance.
