　　JOB SUMMARY:

　　Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Administrative Services, performs all patient related clerical duties necessary to assist the health care team to provide patient care. Acts as a liaison between patients and clinical team. This includes but is not limited to maintaining physician schedule, typing, scanning, telephone triage, and other clerical functions relating to patient care. Ability to cross cover Telephone assistant, pre-auth. billing clerk, and check out.

　　EDUCATION:

　　High School Graduate.

　　College Degree preferred.

　　REQUIREMENTS:

　　Proficiency with Microsoft office (Office, Excel, Power Point, & Word)

　　Mosaiq preferred.

　　Successful completion of all Orientation and Training Programs.
