  The Estee Lauder Companies Management Program is an intensive, two-year rotational program specially designed for MBA/Master graduates.

  This program integrates customized professional rotations, continuous leadership development, coaching, mentoring, hands-on practical experience, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to optimize talent and build business acumen and capability. It capitalizes on the participants' creativity, learning agility and innovation to create bespoke, high-touch experiences that will accelerate career growth.

  Consistent with our approach as a strengths-based learning organization, you will be offered a series of diverse rotations, where you will gain extensive company and industry insights. Each rotation exposes participants to new disciplines while exploring new areas of the business that apply both professional and academic experience. The program stresses continuous development, leadership, excellence, transparency, collaboration, and agility. Our goal is to attract, retain, and develop the best future leaders of the organization.

  Through a highly selective review process, the top emerging talent is chosen to complete different rotations of increasing responsibility during the two-year program. Each rotation will span brands and functions based on business needs.

  How the Graduate Program Helps Participants Succeed?

  Support From Leaders

  · A mentor will be assigned to provide guidance and sponsorship along the journeyA rotation manager to work under who will provide coaching and feedback during your rotation.

  · Informal and formal feedback

  Post-Program Placement

  Upon successful completion of the program, the identified candidate will be placed at the Assistant Manager level. This placement is based on existing business needs, the candidate’s evaluations, rate of development, contribution, and previous work experience.

  Qualifications

  · MBA/Master degree with a minimum of 3 years of work experience with a demonstrated record of achievement

  · Strong Commercial and execution excellence skills with ability to lead, motivate and influence others

  · Resilience team player who possesses excellent learning agility with executive presence
