The Estee Lauder Companies Management Program is an intensive, two-year rotational program specially designed for MBA/Master graduates.
This program integrates customized professional rotations, continuous leadership development, coaching, mentoring, hands-on practical experience, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to optimize talent and build business acumen and capability. It capitalizes on the participants' creativity, learning agility and innovation to create bespoke, high-touch experiences that will accelerate career growth.

How the Graduate Program Helps Participants Succeed?

Post-Program Placement
Upon successful completion of the program, the identified candidate will be placed at the Assistant Manager level. This placement is based on existing business needs, the candidate’s evaluations, rate of development, contribution, and previous work experience.
Qualifications
· MBA/Master degree with a minimum of 3 years of work experience with a demonstrated record of achievement
· Strong Commercial and execution excellence skills with ability to lead, motivate and influence others
· Resilience team player who possesses excellent learning agility with executive presence
