As we embark on transformative Cloud migration projects and support cutting-edge AI and ML initiatives, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong DevSecOps and Multi Cloud background to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Ensure high availability and reliability of our Cloud-based applications and services through proactive monitoring, incident response, and capacity planning.
Design and implement automation solutions for operational tasks, improving efficiency and reducing manual intervention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security and reliability best practices into the software development lifecycle.
Establish robust monitoring and alerting mechanisms to quickly identify and resolve system issues.
Work closely with Development and Operations teams to optimize application performance and resource utilization.
Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts to minimize service disruptions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability.
Conduct post-mortem analysis of incidents and implement preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related roles.
Strong proficiency in AWS and Azure cloud architectures with expertise in Cloud infrastructure management and Cloud-based services (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
Hands-on experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
In-depth knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Experience in implementing and managing monitoring and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
Experience in performance optimization of cloud platforms and applications.
Skilled in Infrastructure as Code – Terraform
Source control management – GitHub
Continuous Integration – Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions
Configuration management – Ansible
Observability – Prometheus, Grafana, Fluentd, Elastic stack, etc.
Knowledge of incident management tools and practices (e.g., PagerDuty, incident response playbooks).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Professional DevOps Engineer, or similar, are a plus.
