Job Duties

　　Fleischmann's Vinegar Company, Inc. seeks Plant Controller at its facility located at 4754 NY-414, North Rose, NY 14516. Responsible for cost control including management of site costs (10%). Management of site direct & indirect costs through regular reporting & review of spends with relevant budget holders (10%).Ensure alignment of costs to overall FVC ingredients business targets (5%). Responsible for site capital and management of Capex (5%). Management of financial aspects of site CAPEX process through timely submission of CP's, monthly tracking of cashflows & close off of completed projects (5%).Work with Corporate in Beloit and the Finance team in FVC to manage KerryExcel (2%). Management of Site Kerry Excel Target (2%). Management of the KerryExcel process through KPI monitoring of each project with project owner & escalating accordingly (2%). Correctly validate each profit improvement project (2%). Responsible for site KPI Management (5%). Implementation, timely reporting of & analysis of site KPI's as defined by central operations (2%). Develop remediation actions with relevant manager where KPI's deviate from accepted limits (5%). Responsible for site review (2%). Responsible for site inventory (2%). Measure and report on monthly Valuation, reconcile GL to Perpetual (5%). Responsible for rework and out of spec stock analysis monthly (2%). Responsible for stock provision explanation for auditors (2%). Responsible for budget which include design budget & projection models (6%). Interact with department heads (2%). Responsible for variances YTD actuals to be minimized and explained (5%). Responsible for budget holders / department heads to sign off on Budget and Projections (2%). Analyze profitability by product costs and review COGS variations (5%). Identify areas of potential cost savings or efficiency gains (2%). Prepare and analyze monthly operation results and provide insights to guide operational decisions (5%). Provide support to mitigate SAP implementation GAPs and strength system utilization at the Plant (5%).

　　Requirements

　　This position requires a bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field. 5 Years of experience as a Plant Controller or related occupation with experience in SAP (ERP) system, manufacturing, and cost accounting. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Utilize SAP and Business Performance Management (BPM) to manage site costs; (2) Apply Capital system and Excel file CAPLOG to manage financial aspects of site CAPEX process through timely submission of CP's, monthly tracking of cashflows & close off of completed projects; (3) Employ accelerate program using Wave platform to correctly validate each profit improvement and complete cost saving projects; (4) Integrated Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to develop remediation actions with relevant manager where KPI's deviate from accepted limits; (5) Utilize SAP to measure and report on monthly Valuation, reconcile GL to Perpetual. Rework and Out of spec stock analysis monthly; and (6) Build applications on Tool Finance Packs linked to BPM to design budget & projection models. Interact with department heads. Variances YTD actuals to be minimized and explained. Option to Telecommute: 2-3 days per week. 10% travel domestically to support company manufacturing plants.
