Job Description

　　Insight Global is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our Home Health client in the Modesto, CA area.

　　Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans.

　　Implement physical therapy interventions to improve mobility and alleviate pain.

　　Educate patients and families on home exercises and therapy techniques.

　　Ensure accurate documentation of patient progress.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　Valid Physical Therapist license in California.

　　Minimum of 1 year of home health experience.

　　Education must meet the State of California requirements to practice as a PT
