This role will coordinate, manage, and disseminate planning tools and systems while driving to optimize existing practices and procedures. The role will also perform analytical work while coordinating, managing and dissemination both financial and strategic direction through data visualization models. This position is a key component to clinical practice analysis, issue resolution and process improvement. Prior clinic operations, performance improvement, data analytics and project management experience preferred.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesEpic Caboodle/Clarity Data models, HealthCare operations, meeting facilitation, process improvement, presentation development, Microsoft Office Suite, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau/Tableau Prep. Data collection, review, analysis, and reporting and/or operations support. Take initiative to continuously develop knowledge base and skill level by participating in continuing education programs, trainings, classes and seminars.
