　　Per Diem and Part-Time employed positions available.

　　Procedures include OB, thoracic, vascular, general surgery, orthopedics, trauma, and ENT.

　　Qualifications

　　Completed ACGME Accredited Anesthesiology Residency

　　Board Certified Anesthesiology (ABA) or eligible and will become board certified within 24 months of training completion.

　　State of Washington Medical License

　　Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice
