　　The People Business Partner/Advisor will play a crucial role as a people partner to the business stakeholders, work on people strategies with the business unit that emerge from their objectives. You will partner with functional business teams, to establish and implement people programs/initiatives driven by data and analysis. This role is Pune, India and will report to the lead of the Business Partnership team. This is an individual contributor role Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving

　　You've got what it takes if you have...

　　3-5 years of overall experience (includes general people/HR administration kind of related roles including partnering with stakeholders, generalist experience, performance and engagement of employees related experiences)Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree, or equivalent work experience.Ability to plan and execute people related plans in partnership with the stakeholdersWorking in collaboration with other functions in HR and cross functions outside of HRContributing to an inclusive working and learning environmentStrong planning and execution skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcel and PowerPoint skills to be able to manage the groundwork by self and be able to support the leadership in the talent as well as business teams
