The Packer Supervisor is responsible for all aspects associated with the Pack-On-Site team's high performance; adherence to safety protocols, and successful completion of projects while upholding and enforcing standard operating procedures and TransPak guidelines. The Packer Supervisor will efficiently and effectively manage the Pack-On-Site team personnel, as well as client expectations related to packing operations, providing the proper training and instructions while also designating leads to ensure packing operations are completed on schedule. The Packer Supervisor may also be designated to support client accounts as assigned by TransPak, supporting the team through customer interactions and related customer project management functions.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for supervising Pack-On-Site personnel including: schedules, timeclock, training, hiring,
disciplinary action and overall general performance.
• Manage all packing operations, designating leads and ensuring jobs are completed correctly and on time.
• Ensure scheduling appropriate manpower according to open jobs, responsible for down time.
• Create templates and provide training for pack jobs that require specific instructions.
• Provide ongoing training and refresher courses.
• Monitor and oversee customer projects, as assigned by TransPak, to ensure deadlines and scope of work
are met.
• Collaborate with internal resources to fulfill customer's requirements.
• Coordinate logistics of projects while aligning team members to meet requirements.
• Ensure that all assigned projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
• Manage and track project progress and adapt work as required.
• Responsible for investigating and reporting of all accidents/safety incidents involving direct reports
• Ensure resource availability and allocation of resources.
• Lead project planning sessions and debriefs, both in relation to Packing operations and assigned
customer projects.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction, communication of any issues, engagement of additional
resources, follow-through, etc.
• Facilitate and coordinate relationships with partners and contractors to complete scope of work.
