Job Description

　　Insight Global is looking for an Owner Relations Representative for one of our premier Oil and Gas clients in the Greenway area. This person will be joining a a team of owner relations representative. This role is 100% phone support, they will be taking customer calls in a call center type environment. These calls could range from something very simple that only takes a minute or two to a more complicated call which might need to be escalated up and could take a hour to handle.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　1+ years of Customer Service Experience

　　Oil and Gas Experience

　　Bachelor's Degree

　　Land or Lease experience

　　Experience in a role that is 100% phone support

　　Familiar with Microsoft Office, specifically excel

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills null
