  Job Description:

  Work on support tickets with defined SLAs

  Work with customer users

  Stakeholder management

  Represent Technical track and deployment work for support and enhancement work

  Support offshore team members

  Basic Qualifications:

  A minimum of three years of experience with Oracle Fusion AMS/Development experience

  High School Diploma or GED

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree

  Client Facing role experience

  Offshore team management experience

  Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.   Role Location

  California – $60.96 to $68.65/hour

  Colorado – $60.96 to $68.65/hour

  New York – $60.96 to $68.65/hour

  Washington – $60.96 to $68.65/hour
