Job Description:This role is responsible for leading the transition of suppliers into the Genie network or from site to site. This onboarding process for suppliers should aim to set both suppliers and Genie up for success. In addition, this role will be the global lead for internal conveyance / delivery of material best practice creation and process improvement. This role leads efforts to improve warehousing technology & efficiency projects.ResponsibilitiesDevelop onboarding program for new suppliers.Develop and own the process for supplier onboarding success and follow up.Create reporting to show the performance of new suppliers and actions plans for success.Develop best practices global for warehousing and the conveyance of material within our facilities.Partner with global site leaders in warehousing improvement and technology projectsQualificationsExperience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics Coordinator or similar roleExperience in data mining, analysis and reportingKnowledge or experience of PFEP distribution systemsFamiliarity with supply chain processes (e.g.inventory planning, production management)Working knowledge of MS Office, relational databases, Oracle and planning systemsAnalytical mind with business acumenProblem-solving aptitudeAttention to detailExcellent communication skillsOutstanding organizational abilityDemonstrated ability to drive process improvements.Strong analytical skills.Excellent written and oral communication.3-5 years in plant operations1-3 year in warehousing managementBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Management or Logistics preferred.Strong background in data and project managementThe salary range for this position is $90,000 to $115,000.
