Description Manufacturing firm is looking for an Office Assistant to fill an open position at a flourishing company in the Manufacturing industry. Applicants should feel comfortable handling multiple projects at once and have a go-getter attitude. This position would best suit a self-starter with a lot of initiative and drive. An Office Assistant position has opened up in the Buffalo , New York area. This opportunity is being offered on a long-term contract / temporary to permanent basis. The hours for this position are Monday -Friday from 8:30AM-5:00PM.

Direct calls appropriately
File, copy and faxing for multiple departments
Oversee office facility Requirements -1 year of office experience
