Highly trained physical, occupational and speech therapists collaborate with fitness professionals to facilitate individualized programs for optimal health outcomes. Assignments may include working with skilled nursing facility patients, senior housing tenants, outpatients or home care patients either at a Saint Therese location or under contract with other locations. May provide direction and supervision to COTA per MN guidelines. Staff are assigned a primary location but may be asked to float between services and locations based on caseload demands. Weekend and holidays are required on a rotating basis. Licensed and registered in Minnesota.
