Job Description

　　The NM site has an incredibly exciting future ahead, with ongoing activity across F11x and F9. The PSSG (People Systems and Safety Group) is currently looking for an individual to join the Headcount and Hiring team to manage the overall hiring program and the many tasks involved. Consider joining our team if you have excellent people, data analysis, and project management skills, and have a passion for working in a dynamic environment that involves partnering with every organization in NM DMO. This role spans multiple areas within the team including interview coordination, offers, requisitions management, onboarding assistance, relocation, and headcount analysis and modeling.

　　Qualifications

　　You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Bachelors degree or higher in a STEM-related field, business administration, or related talent development field5+ years' experience at Intel

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Factory experience in either a manufacturing or engineering role2+ years of Hiring or headcount experience

　　Working Model

　　This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
