Description:
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails, assigning to the appropriate team members when needed. • Keep work trackers updated. • Enter applications for New Business. • Run daily correspondence and necessary reports; update information as needed • Review notifications and perform necessary tasks to update information. • Help maintain name and address information in our system. • Answer switchboard incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner. • Direct calls to the appropriate COF department/person. • Use Security System to allow guests to enter the building. • Greets and attends to visitors in a hospitable manner. • Administrative tasks as assigned to support customer service department.
