  The Senior Manager, Member Engagement and Experience for Caremark reports to the Director, Member and Patient Experience, and leads a small team responsible for the development of marketing strategy and plan execution for the pharmacy benefits member and patient experience. This leader brings to life the marketing vision and strategies ensuring greater awareness and utilization of CVS health services.

  You will be responsible for all the end-to-end marketing strategy from initial experience / service development to go-to-market planning and execution to measurement and plan optimization to maximize in-market performance, with a heavy focus on a digital first/digitally led approach. A collaborative team mindset and the ability to build consensus in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment is required. A critical skill needed for this role is the ability to partner with business unit leaders and be a strategic partner and trusted advisor in helping to drive strategy to market.

  You will build and execute upon a well-defined plan that leverages data, consumer insights, research, industry-knowledge and best-practices to form the most effective approaches to engaging target audiences, including:Digital channels via text, email, website, and appChannel optimizationCreate a meaningful member experiences through a deep understanding of the member journey of careRequired Qualifications

  7+ years experience in direct to consumer marketing and/or customer experience.

  At least 5 years of digital marketing/digital user experience

  Preferred Qualifications

  Health care understanding, specifically with pharmacy and/or PBM

  Prior experience with digital marketing technologies

  Proven ability to leverage data and insights to drive strategic and tactical marketing decisions and successful in-market results

  Understanding of marketing disciplines to design and develop integrated plans

  Strategic and analytical thinker, with problem-solving skills and the ability to look into the details while keeping in mind the strategy in place

  Ability to inspire, collaborate with and influence your team as well as business partners.

  Proven success in navigating and succeeding in a highly matrixed organization

  Education

  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (4 years + HS Diploma)

  Pay Range

  The typical pay range for this role is:

  $79,200.00 - $170,800.00

  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
