　　Responsibilities

　　Field medical collections calls, both inbound and outbound

　　Contact patients and insurance companies concerning unpaid balances and record changes to account within practice management system

　　Care for patient accounts and make necessary adjustments Requirements - Strong technical skills including proficiency with MS Office

　　Minimum of 1 year of prior healthcare collections experience

　　Excellent verbal, written, and social skills

　　A real talent for the explanation of benefits (EOBs)

　　Previous experience with a practice management system preferred

　　High School diploma or equivalent required

　　Microsoft Excel experience preferred

　　Credit Hold experience

　　Medical collections experience

　　Knowledge of Commercial Collections
