Job Description
A rapidly growing nutrition brand in search of a Social Media Ads Manager to join the marketing team.
Extensive experience with Facebook (Meta) Ads and TikTok Ads is a must.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing large ad budgets, analyzing performance, and overseeing the creative process to launch innovative new ad campaigns. You will be key in overseeing the creative for campaigns, executing them, and analyzing the KPIs for all advertising on social media.
This is the perfect job for anyone with ad agency experience who is looking for an in-house position where they can focus on building a single brand.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook (Meta), TikTok, Reddit, and Pinterest.
Write attractive and creative copy for advertisements
Create and oversee the creation of engaging video and image assets for social ads.
Collaborate with Influencer manager to create good influencer ad content
Oversee accounts on ad platforms (e.g. Facebook/Instagram, TikTok)
Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
Keep current on all social media and online advertising trends
Report regularly on the performance and success of campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Ads Manager
Experience with overseeing the creative process to produce ad content
Familiarity with multiple ad platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or other online video and photo editing software
Excellent communication skills
This is a full-time, on-site position.
