　　A Mechanical Engineer is needed for a multinational manufacturing company that produces and distributes trucks, buses and construction equipment, as well as marine and industrial drive systems in the Greensboro, NC area. This position will lead and support mechanical design engineering in Automotive Thermal Systems, driving innovation, quality assurance, and networking, while contributing to business development and serving as a mentor within the organization.

　　responsibilities:

　　Develop technical solutions based on given prerequisites (function, style, volume, geometry, costs, quality target, and regulations).

　　Take a leadership role in mechanical design engineering in a specific area.

　　Support and lead mechanical design activities for successful project delivery.

　　Network and build relationships with universities and external institutes in the technical area.

　　Develop and manage networking across the organization.

　　Act as a role model for lifelong learning, knowledge sharing, and development.

　　Serve as a trainer and/or coach.

　　Develop influence and work confidently within the wider company network.

　　Skills:

　　Ability to build relationships with external institutions and network across the organization.

　　Ability to support and lead engineering activities.

　　Clear articulation of how the role creates value within its part for the TD/BA.

　　Experience:
