Samsung SDS America is looking for a Marketing Operations Associate ready to dive into the heart of innovation. You will become key player in unleashing and groundbreaking new SaaS product onto the world stage.
This role will work as a team to support marketing initiatives by implementing internal communications, coordinating business events and tradeshows, creating content to align with editorial planning, and optimizing processes to contribute to the overall success of marketing efforts.

This is a hybrid role based in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey. The current hybrid schedule is 3 days onsite a week, and 2 days from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Communications:
· Facilitate internal communication and information sharing to keep employees well-informed, engaged, and aligned with SDSA's goals and strategies
· Manage and deliver internal messaging and content with a keen focus on attention to detail
· Create and implement newsletters, email, intranet posts, and digital signage messaging
Events:
· Support the execution of marketing online and offline events, including meticulous event planning, vendor management, timelines and scheduling, communication, catering/food services, venue selection when applicable, marketing and promotion, and comprehensive documentation
· Conduct post-event evaluations and generate reports to capture lessons learned and assess the effectiveness of the events and associated campaigns
· Coordinate schedules and appointments with vendors, partners, and business teams to facilitate events and execution
Content Marketing:
· Collaborate on the creation of engaging content covering local company news, events, awards, insights, and product collateral
· Assist in content creation for marketing initiatives by implementing the content strategy defined in the editorial planning
· Support the distribution and content syndication strategy implementation, to reach target audience
Requirements
· Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
· 2+ years of experience in executing marketing actions related to internal communications, content creation and events coordination
· Proficiency with MS Office suite
· Analytical and time management skills, creative thinking, and strong attention to detail
· Knowledge and experience with basic design tools
· Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an emphasis on creativity and innovation
· Project management skills related to coordinating various tasks and timelines
· Familiarity with relevant software or tools related to content creation, internal communications and marketing
Preferred Qualifications:
· 4+ years of experience on a relevant position in global company
· Experience creating and managing content and events for B2B companies in the technology industry will be a plus
· Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
· Bachelor’s degree in related field
