  We are looking for a Manufacturing Training Specialist to join our growing team in Pomona, CA.

  You’ll make an impact by:

  Deploy Training initiatives partnering with the Management team of different areas.

  Participate in Training strategy throughout the organization to develop curriculum, design, implementation and evaluation.

  Analyze and assesses training and development needs

  Designs, develops, evaluates, and updates training content, materials, manuals, tests, and related training aids to ensure optimum efficiency

  Enhance the training methods and tools based on assessment and/or specified training needs including individual training, group instruction, demonstrations, meetings, eLearning, workshops, refreshers, in person, virtual, and/or self-study.

  Leads administrative functions vital to deliver, document, and track training programs. This includes scheduling, employee notification, and arranging for facility set-up.

  Prepares and reports on training delivery and curriculum effectiveness

  Develops train-the-trainer programs where applicable

  Identifies vendor solutions to meet business training objectives.

  You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

  Basic Qualifications:

  Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development or human resources in manufacturing environment

  Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.

  Strong administrative, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within scope, on time, and on budget.

  Excellent oral and written communication skills required.

  Proficient digital literacy including management systems, Outlook and MS Office (e.g. O365, SharePoint, Forms, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

  Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

  Preferred Qualifications:

  4+ years of experience in training and developmentYou’ll benefit from:

  The pay range for this position is $65,240-$111,840. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
