What you’ll do:

Build, scale, and maintain programs that drive strategic priorities from ideation to implementation, primarily through strong program management principles and hands-on leadership Develop processes that drive efficiency through operational rigor and high adaptiveness to change Develop strong executive, peer and stakeholder relationships, maintaining effective communication channels Promote automation and data analytics and innovate in new ways of executing projects to drive continuous improvement Promote thought leadership for new ideas and new ways of executing initiatives and drive continuous improvements  Ensure standardisation of the product development lifecycle (PDLC), supporting establishment of a dedicated production operations team across our Travel products Manage Product Operations services in alignment with core company and product KPIs, work cross functionally with stakeholders to review and improve business processes Project Management: monitoring processes and projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment, deadlines, and resource allocation, Identify potential roadblocks

  What We’re Looking For:

  Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field 8+ years experience in product, operations, program management or data-driven customer success in a technology company 4+ years experience in leading Product Operations, Product Management or Program Management teams Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and projects with a company-wide impact, including hands-on project management of multiple concurrent projects Proven track record of delivering and influencing product solutions in a product organisation Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, strategic planning, or senior management role within a global company Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders Advanced project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives Experience at a high-growth company, specifically B2B SaaS experience
