FTE: 1.000000 Shift: Shift 1 Job Summary: In collaboration withthe Imaging Services Directors across Froedtert Health, responsible forthe overall direction, management and control of assigned Site and/orModality Section. Directs assigned staff and procedures in qualitypatient care. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:Demonstrated competency and knowledge in the area of operations and/or aminimum of 4 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, NM/PETTechnologist, or Sonographer depending upon the modality area assignedis required. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelor\'s degree in a HealthScience, Health Administration, or related field is required. Priorhealthcare management/supervisory experience may be considered in lieuof degree. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Ability to use standard officeequipment including calculator, copy machine, computer terminal, printerand facsimile machine. Travel to and from all locations where assignedmodality equipment and staff are located along with various meetingrequirements. Ability to use general medical equipment including firstaid equipment. Ability to use patient mobility devices including patientcarts, wheelchairs, and patient lifting devices. Ability to use andunderstand assigned Modality Imaging equipment. Highly effective writtenand oral communication skills. Read, write, high degree of aptitude andprecision in mathematics including metric knowledge. Highly effectiveinterpersonal skills. Demonstrated effective leadership, supervisory andmanagement skills. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: Certification required byAmerican Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or other applicablemodality certification and current state of Wisconsin license as aRadiographer is required.
