About the role
The Manager of Data and Analytics & Strategic Insights is responsible forleveraging our data assets and team of analysts to provide the business withinsights that help inform strategic and operational decisions. The idealcandidate will have strong technical abilities, experiencing developinganalytics teams and ability to understand business operating models.

Key Responsibilities
Analytics - Collaborate closely with various functional leaders to understandtheir needs and provide them with actionable insights that are succinctlycommunicated; Effectively prioritize projects to ensure we are focusing onright things at right time; Give business confidence in our products byutilizing best practices to ensure validity of analytics; Work with directorof data and analytics on executing on strategy to move from descriptive toprescriptive analytics through technology, processes, and identificationof resource needs.
Data Management and Automation - Understand data structure of the organizationand utilize cleansing and blending tools to optimize sources for visualizationand analysis; Enhance automation processes to maximize the teams time toprovide insights to the business.
Leadership & Development - Work with our team of talented analysts todevelop their analytical abilities; implement leading industry tools(Python, R, Tableau, AI/ML) and techniques; continuously assesscapabilities and take action to ensure the maturation of the function.
Reporting & Self Service - Manage and enhance reporting both proactively andas required by the business; Oversee our self-service reporting tools toensure they maximize user experience and provide timely answers; ensure thebusiness is seeking the correct reporting and help drive KPI's that arevaluabl

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent work experience2+ Years of Leadership and/ Coaching Experience3-5 years of Data and analytics experience5+ Years of experience working in analytics, finance or equivalentquantitative fieldAbility to "tell the story", with data and proven track record ofpresenting findings to managementStrong background in data analysis, statistical modelling and datavisualizationHigh proficiency using Microsoft Excel to build models and perform analysisExperience extracting, transforming and loading data for analysis;Ability to automate repeatable processes to create efficiencies and reduceerroExperience creating, modifying or managing database queries;Desired Skills
Experience with statistical software such as Python/RExperience with Tableau Prep or Microsoft Power Query preferred but notrequiredExperience using SQL/Snowflake or equivalentTotal Rewards
