　　The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for:

　　Maintenance, operation, and repair of building and equipment throughout the facility

　　Performing preventative maintenance

　　Work including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, pneumatic tube, painting, carpentry
