　　We are hiring immediately for a full time MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN position.

　　Location: Canteen - 3112 Horseshoe Lane, Charlotte, NC 28208 Note: online applications accepted only.

　　Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. More details upon interview.

　　Requirement: Previous technician experience is preferred but not required.

　　Starting pay: $21.00 per hour

　　Job Summary

　　Summary: Performs a variety of maintenance duties.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities May Include:

　　Maintains, repairs, and cleans Vending machines, Ave C Markets, Coffee machines, Ice Makers.

　　Performs basic maintenance duties and repairs as assigned; contacts supervisors, vendors or on-call personnel as instructed.

　　Install Credit Card Readers, update computer boards with latest data using flash drives

　　Assists in making decisions on all minor and routine repairs; reports major problems to the supervisor.

　　Maintains equipment; performs minor equipment repairs using power and hand tools.

　　Maintains logs, and completes maintenance work orders, tests and inspections.

　　Reads, comprehends and transmits complicated detailed instructions verbally and in writing.

　　Must meet deadlines for daily scheduled calls

　　Performs other duties as assigned.

　　Qualifications May Include:

　　One year of related experience as a maintenance worker/technician in a similar-sized institution or in a grounds maintenance occupation.

　　Valid driver's license.

　　Able to communicate well with Customers
