Maintenance Technician (Part-Time)
Duties to include:
-Assess and prioritize all maintenance work to be performed on assigned site-Maintain inventory of equipment, tools, supplies, and work materials-Complete daily work schedules for routine maintenance duties-Complete maintenance work orders as assigned-Ensure quality of work duties performed-Maintain a working knowledge of all utility sources and supply lines-Perform necessary maintenance relating to both the exterior and interiors of the building and property-Perform all phases of snow removal from all needed areas and maintains all appropriate equipment-General maintenance experience to include painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, mowing, plowing, etc.-Maintain a professional and courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees-Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined
Pay is $15.00 - $16.00/hour depending on skills and experience.
