Job Responsibilities:Support the production operation by providing immediate response to allbreakdowns to minimize CNC equipment downtime and follow all escalationprocesses as defined. Utilize advanced welding techniques to repairmachine components. Ensure machine availability goals are met byparticipating in and organizing Root Cause Analysis and ContinuousImprovement activities to increase equipment up time. Assist in trainingemployees in production roles to perform simple Maintenance tasks asassociated with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Perform routinePreventive Maintenance (PM) activities. Perform Predictive Maintenance(PdM) activities, Vibration Analysis and Ultrasonic leak detection.Troubleshooting and repair of automated equipment including Robotics,Gantries, Conveyor systems and part washing machines. Spindle rebuildand balancing of components and sub-assemblies Repair and Maintenance ofAssembly line equipment. Operate necessary material handling equipmentto transport supplies and to make installations and repairs withassociated rigging. Precision alignment and scraping. Machine Toolleveling and geometries.
