　　Electrical Technician - Locomotive Electrician :

　　Inspect, service and make necessary repairs to locomotives and passenger railcars

　　Troubleshooting, analysis, fault detection and repair of locomotive electrical and train control systems, sub-systems and components

　　Perform modifications from drawings, blueprints or electrical systems schematics

　　Perform fault detection and diagnostics through the use of various diagnostic equipment and testing tools

　　Install and maintain electrical wiring and equipment such as Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and other electrical / electronic equipment, etc

　　Qualifications :

　　Experience working as an electrician, electrical technician, electro-mechanical technician in an industrial / manufacturing environment or in transportation industry ( railway / railroad, aviation, marine, etc ) or a similar military service experience

　　Reading and interpreting blueprints, electric circuit schematics
