  Summary

  LifeSight PEP is WTW’s Pooled Employer Plan – Designed with a commitment to innovation for improved outcomes, the LifeSight PEP will allow employers to offer a market leading defined contribution plan and employee experience with limited demand on their internal resources, enabling greater focus on strategy and core business.

  The LifeSight PEP Product and Intellectual Capital leader role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of WTW’s pooled employer plan. In this role, you will report to the LifeSight Business Leader and will be a member of the LifeSight US leadership team.

  Key responsibilities

  Lead LifeSight PEP product team to provide a commercially successful, market leading pooled employer plan

  Own and oversee strategy and implementation of the LifeSight PEP product roadmap

  Partner with Retirement and Investments on innovation and growth initiatives for future evolution

  Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the LifeSight PEP, improve processes, and adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs

  Development and execution of intellectual capital, partnering with Business Leader, Sales Leader and HWC Marketing in addition to ongoing collaboration with content and thought leaders across WTW

  Align best practices, strategy, and opportunities to improve the employer and participant experience

  Support the team to deliver on growth goals while partnering with LifeSight Sales leader to present strong, commercial product

  Key competencies

  Strategic mindset – bringing business, client, market knowledge to guidance and recommendations

  Project management and prioritization focus across multiple lines of business and external partners

  Able to navigate and drive change with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset

  Communication – bringing LifeSight to Life via written and verbal communications

  Key candidate requirements

  Deep knowledge of the US defined contribution plan market along with specific knowledge of Pooled Employer Plan market

  Proven ability to establish and lead relationships, work collaboratively with team members across businesses and externally at all levels

  Executive presence with polished and well developed written and oral communication skills

  Willingness to experiment, innovate and seek resources to learn, grow and find solutions
