WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this exciting position as Senior Learning & Development Controlling & Analytics Specialist (part-time), you will be responsible for the L&D budget and organizing the annual training event plan for all CE Consulting trainings. You work closely with the CE L&D Director and the responsible team member on the L&D budget, generate insights and recommendations based on financial analyses, and monitor monthly payments in collaboration with the L&D Operations Team. You will play a vital role in scheduling all L&D events for upcoming years in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including partnering with event locations and external facilitators.

You have strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen affinity for numbers.
You pay attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
You can confidently process and analyze data in Excel.
You enjoy working independently and effectively, take ownership of your area of responsibility, and have a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
You are a team player and excited to work with colleagues across different countries and take pride in, together, making large-scale training events happen.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and you are able to adapt them across different levels of seniority and target groups within and outside BCG
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Minimum of three years of professional experience in finance, controlling, learning and development, HR, or any other administrative-, customer- or event-based field of work.
Excellent German and English skills.
Profound knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint-any other analytics skills are advantageous.
University degree in business administration, finance, human resources, or in a comparable field of expertise is advantageous.
Experience in financial planning, controlling, analysis, or a related role is a plus.
YOU'LL WORK WITH
Reporting to the Central European Director of Learning & Development and the Central European L&D Operations Manager, you will work closely with our CE L&D team spread across four countries, various HR departments like Recruiting and the Talent Management Unit, and external stakeholders.
