In this role you will be responsible for researching training providers and products, conducting training needs analyses, and designing and implementing tailored learning programs that align with our organisational goals and employee development needs.
Reporting to the Head of People, this role will work closely with the People Partners who will identify themes and business goals, which will influence the learning and development strategy.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Training needs analysis
Collaborate with department heads and manager to identify skill gaps and training requirements within the organisation. Design and implement surveys, interviews, and assessments to gather feedback and data for training needs analysis.Research and Evaluation
Continuously research and evaluate training providers, course and resources to ensure alignment with company goals and industry trends. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in learning and development.Program Development
Design and develop customised training programs and curricula tailored to address identified needs. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and resources.Training Delivery
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually, ensuring engaging and effective delivery. Monitor and assess the impact of training programs, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.Program Administration
Manage the logistical aspects of training programs, including scheduling, registration, and tracking attendance. Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.Feedback and Improvement
Solicit feedback from participants and continuously improve training programs. Analyse training effectiveness through metrics and feedback and make data-driven improvements.ABOUT YOU
Proven experience in learning and development. Strong understanding of training needs analysis and curriculum design. Familiarity with various learning methodologies, tools, and technologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong project management and organisational abilities. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
