About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Learning and Development Consultant in Human Resources as a part of the Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) Team. This role will be responsible for consulting with business partners within the WIM business to deliver learning needs that align with strategic initiatives and reduce risk. This position will play a key role in developing and implementing learning programs that support the WIM business in achieving its goals.
In this role, you will:Provide consulting, coaching, and delivery as needed to individual contributors and managers related to the implementation of technical, functional, product skills, or relevant competenciesIdentify opportunities for process improvements within scope of responsibilities or functional areaReview and analyze basic operational assignments that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, exercise independent judgement to guide medium risk deliverablesUse knowledge of development programs across a few business disciplines to articulate the interconnectivity and business impact of various learning solutionsPartner with instructional design team to develop curricula, courses and materials gathered from consultative needs assessments, learning participants, business opportunities and needs of client groupsProvide direction and mentorship to other Learning and Development consultantsPresent recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgement while developing expertise in functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders, including internal, as well as external customersApply analytical, critical thinking, and creative design skills to research and analyze business problems of high complexity.Assist in planning work and ensure connectivity between plans and work-stream objectives.Select and complete deliverables, such as plans, research summaries, analyses, and design proposals.Coordinate with key stakeholders, partners, and SMEs across the business to ensure the approach will deliver the prioritized business outcomes.Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Learning and Development Consulting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:2+ years of human resources (HR) experience.2+ years experience working with Learning Management System (LMS).Experience consulting and being a change agent within all levels of the organization.Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.(Tableau, Power BI, Advanced Excel)Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities.Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships.Successfully completed Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and 63 or 7 and 66 examinations (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registrationJob Expectations:Ability to travel up 5% of the timePosition Location:
