On top of that, our user-centric approach needs to be expanded into the training programs to meet the real user needs as well.
As a Training Specialist, you will be responsible for user training and guidance through the respective journeys so they understand why they do what they do. You will have an opportunity to work with our sales field users around the world and along with the support from our analysts you can get some insights for your training programs improvements. Moreover, you will cooperate with our UX experts and even influence how the journeys should be designed. Your daily job will be developing the learning materials and facilitating and executing user training programs along with the the training needs assessment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and assess training requirements by evaluating the weaknesses and strengthsTranslate needs into training that helps groom the employees for the next levels of their usage of the business solutionsDesign periodical training programs and deliver various training coursesOversee or develop the production of manuals, instruction materials, videos, classroom handouts, etc.Deliver various training courses, mainly online via TeamsSupervise structured learning experiences and oversee their resultsSupervise the entire business solutions documentation and knowledge baseOwn the change management process for the business solutions training and drive communication across relevant stakeholdersFamiliarize new hires to business solutions and conduct orientation sessionsStay abreast with the latest tools and trends in employee development and training
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience as a Learning & Development Specialist/Training Specialist/ eLearning developer or similar rolePortfolio of conducting trainings in the corporate environmentExperince with creation of trainings for Salesforce and related apps is highly preferredA strong team player with excellent communication, presentation and organization skills
