As a Quality Integration Project Mgr. Lead for Bridgestone Mobility Solutions (BMS), you will be supporting the identification and creation of processes required to address end-to-end product quality risk identification and governance processes. You will report into the central quality function, supporting multiple business units within the BMS suite of businesses. Responsibilities to include benchmarking of best practices, identification of resources needed to support businesses, escalation of issues identified and developing of processes to support end-to-end quality product development, manufacturing, and delivery.

Lead development of quality structure and corporate processes in support of the Bridgestone Mobility Solutions (BMS) suite of businesses.
Identifies and coordinates support of Quality Center of Excellence (COE) resources into BMS. Resource coordination within quality may include Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality Engineering, Field Engineering, Business Quality Management Systems, Enterprise Quality Education, etc.
Create and lead governance processes and oversight. This may include Key Product Indicators (KPI) development.
Lead global efforts and contribute to Global Solutions Task Force (TF) delivery to drive standardization of quality processes for mobility solutions.
Influences all levels of BMS to drive change and instill quality culture.
Recommends discovery audits, obtains support and drives completion.
Coordinates closely with Business Quality Management Systems (BQMS) to identify structure for Quality Management Systems (QMS), coordinate QMS audits and develop processes for Functional Safety.
Identifies appropriate use of Quality processes; which may include leveraging Agile software development, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Functional Safety and/or other best practices.
Establishes corporate quality processes to support BMS businesses, may include analysis of current processes and implementation of improvements, including appropriate documentation and change management.
Ensures processes incorporate industry standards and requirements for government regulations; safety, performance and environmental.
This position is considered a remote role. May require travel to various company locations or external partners to support business needs, such as to Nashville corporate headquarters, Americas Technology Center, manufacturing facilities, global locations, suppliers, etc.
Travel is estimated at 10-15%, dependent on budget restrictions and business needs.
Preferred Experience
Advanced technical degree in engineering or technology.
Experience with quality, product development, testing and manufacturing processes related to software, electronics and/or software/hardware integration.
Advanced statistics application knowledge in quality and reliability toolsets.
Qualifications
Requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years and a Master’s degree.Minimum Qualifications
