　　Summary & Role Information

　　We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to strengthen our implementation of CALM use case on BMB SUM platform. We expect a good level of understanding of business process modelling as you would often liaise with B2B customers who are at a mature stage of their transformation journey. We will bring you up to speed with the help of subject matter experts. We also expect a fair amount of technical expertise as you would be expected to collaborate closely with Tech Leads in your team and other Product Owners in SAP Signavio who own parts of the Signavio Process Manager product portfolio.

　　You will be working closely with the Principal Product Owner, Product Leads, Principals, Team Tech Leads or Architects and of course, the talented members of the team to distil our vision into priorities and measurable objectives, planning continuously and managing the backlog day-to-day for the core SPM team. Stakeholder communication, building understanding and support for what we do, fostering continuous improvement and celebrating wins with the team will be other key responsibilities.

　　Our connectivity capabilities provide services to enable boundaryless data flow within SAP Signavio Suite, SAP in general and external services. For instance, the connectivity services cover use cases such as

　　content distribution services for delivering content to SAP Signavio tenants,

　　integration with SAP internal content production tools,

　　integration between SAP Signavio and SAP application lifecycle management tools (SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager), or

　　data exchange with SAP and non-SAP applications interacting with SAP Signavio Suite.

　　What youll do

　　Work with the team, Tech Leads, Product Leads, and Principal Product Owners to turn theabstract vision and requirements into objectives so you can get from where we are now to where

　　we want to go, focusing on the process manager capabilities of our product.

　　Own the product area backlog, define and write epics in collaboration with the team afterchecking for feasibility

　　Align priorities and maintain a prioritized backlog across all sources of work (for example otherproduct area dependencies, tech strategy)

　　Translate needs and manage expectations across the teams and stakeholders

　　Create transparency on progress, risks and scope changes through our established channels andartifacts

　　Manage for progress, help remove impediments to ensure delivery

　　Drive to raise awareness around the product strategy within engineering.

　　What youll bring

　　Previous experience (6 years) within agile software development teams and proven goal-oriented mindset

　　Structured and data-driven working approach, especially around the Product Lifecycle

　　Specific experience in Process Management or Process Governance in B2B enterprisecompanies, ideally as a lead product owner

　　An understanding of the SAP Signavio publicly shared roadmap and SAP Signavio products

　　Willingness to immerse yourself in a new domain, especially around process variants andintegrations with SAP products that use modelling and governance

　　Ability to lead through, connect and create progress when things arent clear, or the way forwardis not yet well-defined

　　Communication skills that allow you to translate between different domains, adjust to differentaudiences and build relationships within and outside of the team

　　A solid toolkit and methods that help you along the path from problem to a solution delivered andadopted to impact achieved (prioritization, concepting, slicing and aligning scope, planning andestimation, setting success metrics etc.)

　　An eye on product standards and non-functional requirements such as security, performance,scalability, availability, cost and operations

　　A passion for coaching and mentoring your less experienced colleagues by drawing upon yourexperience, skills and knowledge to give back to others

　　High level of self-awareness and reflection. Role model in terms of teamwork andcommunication.

　　A proactive self-starting attitude, comfortable with aligning with senior stakeholders.

　　Ability to manage up and down in the organization, make decisions and work transparently.

　　You feel comfortable and self-confident working in a matrix organization and leading without authority. You are inclusive and drive decisions in cross-product teams. Customer focus and empathy are part of your value set, you listen closely to customers and partners, and translate their requirements into tangible functions.
