The Registered Funds team of UMB works with clients to provide accounting, tax, audit, and administrative services for mutual funds and collective trusts.

As the Lead Fund Administrator , you will work with a group of Fund Administrators in the preparation of financial statements, board reports and administrative duties for a group of mutual funds.

How you will spend your time:

Prepare accurate reviews of financial reports

Leading the on-boarding and training of new hires

Assist in establishing policies and procedures that are compliant with reporting regulations

Coordinate with client’s internal and external auditors

Assist in the calculation of periodic and annual dividend and capital gain distribution

Leading client reorganizations when they re-register

Ensure compliance with SEC, IRS, and GAAP reporting regulations

We’re excited to talk with you if:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or Finance

Assisted clients with regulatory filings and administrative services for registered funds for a minimum of 7 years

Bonus Points if:

You have a CPA OR

You have advisory experience for funds

Compensation Range:

$76,520.00 - $163,900.00
