About Lead Environments Support Engineer

  DESCRIPTION

  Are you an experienced engineer who enjoys working with diverse technologies? Are you confident in navigating the realm of micro-services and architectural patterns?

  In this exciting role, you would be central in creating tools that aggregate results of different types from multiple sources. This position provides a unique opportunity to showcase your technical abilities and contribute to the success of our innovative applications.

  If you are tech-savvy, meticulous and ready for a long-term commitment, we welcome you to join our dedicated team as a Lead Web / Mobile Application Support Engineer .

  WHAT YOU’LL DO

  Run Kubernetes components

  Manage application and system monitoring, troubleshooting and fixing issues and bugs

  Oversee mobile client application troubleshooting for both iOS and Android systems

  Engage with customers via calls or chat to resolve their problems online

  Showcase comprehensive hands-on expertise in micro-services and architectural patterns

  Work proficiently with App Insights and Log Analytics

  Develop new and modify existing queries and alerts in Azure Monitor

  Write SQL queries and set up, monitor alert notifications

  Document RCA (Root Cause Analysis)

  Automate maintenance operations using scripting languages: PowerShell, Bash, Kusto Query Language

  WHAT YOU HAVE

  Significant practical experience in technologies such as AKS, Application Gateway, Kubernetes and Azure SQL Server

  Proficiency in App Insights and Log Analytics

  Experience in ITSM (Incident, Problem and Change Management)

  Excellent professional writing skills for maintaining technical documentation

  NICE TO HAVE

  Background in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Kusto Query Language

  Skills in Dynatrace and ServiceNow
