The scope of the IT GEMS contract includes a full range of information technology (IT) services which include necessary hardware, software, and ancillary, components to support enterprise-level programs and environments. Support service areas include program management support, policy, procedures, and operations support, IT core services support, security compliance, customer and client services support, transformational IT support, and application migration support.
HOW A KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT LEAD WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Supports Transition-In, C.5.1.20 SOPs and Knowledge Based (KB) Documentation, C.5.2.8 Provide Knowledge Management Support and Training, and C.5.3.1.18 DMDC Documents.
Leads our Continual Service Improvement and Innovation (CSI2) program and is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Knowledge Management (KM) program tailored to the IT GEMS contract that enables the capture, sharing, and discovery of information.
Implement our CSI2 process to continually improve processes and enhance the integration of KM processes across ServiceNow, SharePoint, and other existing tools.
Oversee the creation of TTPs, SOPs, and KBAs, ensuring it's accurate, clear, and aligned with contract requirements.
Establish KPIs to measure the impact and effectiveness of KM efforts and provide input to the Monthly Status Report (Del 11).
Coordinates with the Functional Leads to develop and maintain Standards and Procedures Knowledgebase and Checklist (Del 60) within 30 days of award and updated as required.
Creates and maintains the Knowledge Management Program (Del 43), providing an initial plan three months after contract award and updating it throughout the contract.
Designs, develops, and maintains customer operations databases and documents (Del 52), currently in SharePoint, in an ongoing basis.
Coordinates with the functional leads to develop and maintain Operational and Functional Documentation (Del 90) in the IPMS-SharePoint Quality Management System (QMS).
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Security Clearance Level: Secret
5-8 years of experience, AA/AS degree or equivalent years of experience
Required Certification: IAT II, CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
Location: Falls Church, VA
