Shift : 4:30pm- 4:30am (rotating 2.2.3- every other weekend off)
Pay : $15-17/hr (negotiable for experience)

What’s a typical day as a Kiln Operator?
Maintain the dryers and kiln temperatures and adjust accordingly to correctly fire the brick using digital computer controls
Load kiln cars into the dryer and kiln on timed schedule.
Move cars around work tracks using transfer car.
Load sand seal pots & reset insulation on Kiln car seals. Place , remove, and record fire check keys into Ross System
Participate in new training and licensing programs to expand individual and team capabilities
Requirements and skills needed for success:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to maneuver in a production environment
Previous kiln operation, construction, masonry or hardscaping a plus
Proven background in being a dependable and reliable team player.
