Experience with Mac/Windows Troublshooting, setting up and installing software - Experience with Okta/G Suite administration (user creation/deletion, password resets, permissions setting, etc.) - Knowledge of JAMF and/or Manage Engine for automating and setting up client end points - Onboarding/Offboarding activities (setting up laptops, installing software, etc.)Skills:
