Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented IT Services Ops Lead IV in Glen Burnie, MD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The IT Services Ops Lead IV oversees the delivery of IT services within an organization, working closely with other IT professionals to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of IT services. They have strong technical expertise in various IT systems and technologies, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills, collaborating with other departments to understand their IT needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. They ensure multiple ITIL service delivery areas are delivering in accordance with documented processes, policies, and SOPs. The IT Services Ops Lead IV is an SME responsible for overall IT services delivery within the organization. The IT Services Ops Lead IV supervises and mentors subordinate project and Team ManTech staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a US Citizen.
12+ years of related experience AND Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline.
14+ years of related experience AND Associate's degree in an IT-related discipline.
16+ years of related experience AND HS Degree.
(A candidate holding a relevant master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit for that extra education).
DoD 8570.01-m IAM Level II and ITIL V3 Certifications required by start date. Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline. Prior Ops Center management/leadership experience.

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
