Job Purpose
The Manufacturing controller acts as a Finance Business Partnering tothe site managers in his/her scope and helps deliver on theManufacturing Site strategy. They develop and deliver relevantfinancial analysis that enable and drive performance management ofIntegrated Supply Chain operations in scope, by leveraging FPAcounterparts and ISC counterparts resources.
Job Responsibilties:
Act as a recognized ISC Finance Business Partner towards the sitemanagement and other ISC counterparts in scope, and acts as thefinancial "conscience" within the respective site management teamsExpert at understanding the operations of the ISC operations andresponsible for driving financial analysis and using its insights tocontribute to the decision making by the ISC operationsSpecialized in determining and implementing the manufacturingoptimization opportunitiesContributes to the strategic and tactical decision making from thefinancial and economic perspectivePlay a prominent role in Capex planning (AR) and investmentdecisionsSupport the implementation of IBP as main planning process withinISC, with a focus on ManufacturingPartners with the leaders in the execution of the IBP implementationeffort.Manages ISC Finance within the set scope, with a focus onmanufacturing but also covering SC and where relevant localprocurementCollaborates with other areas of the Finance function to ensurereliable, timely and correct supply of information and the properset-up and functioning of the ISC planning control-processes,administrative organization, internal controls and informationsystemsEnsure financial processes are in line with corporate guidelines,laws and regulations, functional standards, best practices andbusiness/company strategyFamiliar with all the applicable corporate as well as sitepolicies/procedures with regard to personal conduct and HSEstandards and acting in compliance with all applicable regulations.Work with Internal Control representative to establish theappropriate internal control framework for the ISC ControlorganizationJob Requirements
Bachelor/master's degree in economics, accounting, businessadministration or equivalent6+ years of experience in multiple finance positions in anindustrial/manufacturing environment (this very much depends on thesite and the profile of the candidate)Independent, self-starting and interested in what is behind thenumbersHands-on and can-do mentalityHighly analytical, with problem-solving and pragmatic skillsAble to communicate effectively with site management and others onsiteStrong team player with good interpersonal skillsHigh proficiency in SAP and other business applicationsExcellent Excel and PowerPoint skillsHigh level of customer orientation, strategic orientation, resultsorientation, change management, ownership and collaborationAble to build (informal) networks within the organization and managechangesRewa ds Compensation
The salary range for these skills is: $110,000.00 - $122,000.00. Thisis the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when settingwages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than theposted range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
