Ford Central and Eastern European Sales LLC is looking for an

　　Investment Control Analyst

　　to join our AftersalesFinance Team in our Szentendre office.

　　As Investment Control Analyst you will be responsible for Planning and Forecasting of the Ford Customer Service Division - EU (FCSD) Capital Investment, including project set-up, project control and respective approvals of project orders. This includes also budgets for Tool Expense/Amortization and Asset Write-Offs. Furthermore, coordination of capital spends for FCSD (EU) of Product Development program milestones.

　　What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?

　　Collection of the monthly actual costs for the corresponding budgets, creation, evaluation and commenting of target/actual deviations

　　Creation of a forecast based on historical trends (payment pattern) and information from the respective departments

　　In case of larger deviations from the budget, it is required to develop adjustment measures and coordinate them with the respective departments and track their implementation

　　Creation, coordination and prioritization of capital spend projects including capital/expense split and correct categories allocation

　　Finance approval of capital spent orders within the respective purchasing system considering approval guidelines

　　Coordination of the annual asset verification for the German FCSD sides

　　Are we looking for you? Yes, if….

　　You have a University / College degree and 3+ years' work experience in Finance/Controlling

　　You are not afraid of working in English with multinational colleagues from all around Europe

　　You are able to manage conflicting priorities within deadlines

　　You have strong analytical skills and you are confident in using MS Excel

　　You are self-motivated and able to work effectively without excessive management intervention
