Role Summary
As an Inventory Global Analyst for the Seal Division at one of our main locations, your role is to coordinate inventory management on a global scale. The role requires experience with inventory management, data analysis and IT tools such as SAP, Oracle, or Power BI.
Your Role
In your role as an Inventory Global Analyst, you will be focusing on the improvement of the inventory management and the reduction of physical inventory globally supporting the Seal hubs in the same fields.
Your daily duties will include:
Standardization of the ERP configuration for all SAP sites to improve associated reports (PBI)
Promotion and development of tools and processes to encourage sharing of inventory through Seal sites (hubs & QRC´s)
Assistance and support of the LCA inventory management to ensure global solutions are used and developed
Representing the key point of contact for IT for the future development of tools and databases (SAP, Oracle, FLOWSTAR, FLOWFORCE), acting as a super key-user for the SAP inventory area
Support of the Supply Chain processes, with database analysis to promote best cost selection, Supply Chain & Supplier analysis
Coordination of improvement projects with multi-sites for inventory reduction initiatives
Leadership and follow-up of/with global and local projects with different material managers and team members
Acting as a member of the global Inventory community, and point of contact for Seal BU to share information with other Inventory communities (GOE, IPO, EPO, S&S)
Advancing the new ERP (SAP) implementation and possible ERP upgrades from inventory area
Coordination of required tests and trainings
Your Profile
5-10 years of experience with inventory management
Good understanding of SAP, Oracle and Power BI
Solid experience with data analysis
Flexibility to travel
Familiarity with working on a global scale remotely
Supply chain and data analyst qualifications are an advantage
