Work you'll do

Support technical teams with stakeholder outreach and engagement related to high-priority activities

Support technical teams in finalizing reports and communications products related to high-priority activities, such as financial analyses, as prioritized by leadership

Support client leadership in the coordination of an end-of-project conference/event, including preparation, communications, stakeholder engagement, and guidance on the transition of knowledge to local stakeholders

Support client leadership with internal capacity-building activities as needed

Mentor, develop, and train junior staff

Lead and manage large project engagements

Support business development and proposal activities, as requested

Qualifications

Required:

Completed advanced degree in international development or related area

Experience in international development and donor coordination

Ability to travel 50-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
