　　The International Accounts Manager position is responsible for new account development and management of existing national accounts within an assigned portfolio. The International Accounts Manager will coordinate marketing efforts, product launches and sales promotions with assigned national retail partners to achieve sales and profit objectives.

　　What You’ll Do

　　·       Manage a portfolio of up to 30 accounts with an annual revenue of $50K or greater, for a total book of business from $1mm to $15mm

　　·       Identify and grow opportunities with clientele and collaborate with VP, Sales to ensure strategic growth attainment plan

　　·       Lead project management for assigned account activity

　　·       Forecasting activity to ensure appropriate inventory levels and recurring monthly revenue achievement

　　·       Manage International Distributors Globally

　　·       Create and effectively communicate internal projects to drive revenue for assigned accounts

　　·       Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives of portfolio

　　·       Coordinate with marketing team on retail level based activities

　　·       Participate in continued education/training to learn about new and existing product lines and improve sales techniques

　　·       Maintain high customer satisfaction with assigned portfolio

　　What You’ll Bring

　　·       5+ years managing up to $5mm book of business in consumer products

　　·       Proven ability to consistently meet sales targets and quotas

　　·       Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining attention to details

　　·       Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication

　　·       Ability to travel up to 40%

　　·       Proficiency with MS Office Suite

　　Salary Information

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $90,610 - $110,500 annually.​ Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
