　　Prologis' Investment Services Intern program will expose motivatedcandidates to various aspects of the underwriting, due diligence and closingprocess for industrial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financingsand fund contributions. During this 16-week program, you will have anopportunity for hands-on learning experiences, on-the-job training as wellas access to more formal trainings and the opportunity to network with realestate professionals within Prologis. This program will provide you with aconfirmed foundation and preparedness for a successful beginning to yourcareer in Commercial Real Estate and with the successful completion of thePrologis internship, you may be awarded an opportunity to join Prologis as aFull Time Analyst.

　　We are looking for candidates to start as early as March 2024 and have someflexibility to accommodate later Spring starts.

　　Key responsibilities include:Coordinate due diligence activities related to transactions.Analyze and abstract leases, and any property information provided.Engage third party consultants and coordinate site visits.Prepare, distribute, acquire signatures related to estoppels and SNDAsfrom customers.Set up wires for earnest money and purchase price money.Assist in preparing investment memos summarizing potential acquisition anddisposition opportunities for Investment Committee.Provide support to legal and investment officer during the contractnegotiation process.Ad hoc analysis, must be comfortable using and creating spreadsheets in Excel.

　　Preferred:Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; related experienceand/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Real Estate, Finance preferred.
